We are an IT building at the heart of BGC and one of our major tenants is Google Philippines. That means we need reliable services for all of our utilities. Kratos has always pulled through with our requirements and we also appreciate their prompt response whenever any electricity-related concerns arise.

Our commercial building operates 24/7, because it houses offices with regular business hours and BPO companies that are more active at night. This is why our building is a very heavy consumer of electricity, and makes power one of our major expenses. Like any company, we’ve always been open to ways to reduce operational costs. Kratos introduced us to retail electricity. It has been a year since we switched and we were able to save approximately 14% versus staying with our original distribution utility. That’s more than Php 25 million in savings per year!

Our mall opened in Oton, Iloilo in 2018 and we were the first mall to switch to RES in our market area. We had difficulty switching but throughout the whole undertaking, we witnessed Kratos’ patience and sincerity in really wanting to help us. Kratos explained to us the switching process and prepared most of our documents. They also sorted out many concerns with the distribution utility. As a result, we were able to successfully enjoy the benefits of both solar energy and retail electricity supply.
